Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and SummaryTube ("we," "us," or "our"), operator of Super Session Manager (https://sessionmanager.net/), regarding your access to and use of our website, Chrome extension, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By installing the extension, creating an account, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Legal entity. The business named on your order and in these Terms is SummaryTube. Super Session Manager is the product name and branding for the Service; it is not a separate legal entity.

Super Session Manager is a browser productivity tool that helps you save, organize, and restore collections of browser tabs as sessions. Depending on your plan and settings, features may include local session storage, optional cloud synchronization through your account, favorites and auto-snapshots, import and export, and other functionality we describe in the extension or on our website.

The Service is provided through software that runs in your browser environment. Some features rely on third-party infrastructure (for example, authentication or payment processors) as described in our Privacy Policy.

Certain features require you to create an account. When you register, you agree to provide accurate information, keep it up to date, safeguard your credentials, and accept responsibility for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, pose a security risk, or abuse the Service.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
• Attempt to probe, scan, reverse engineer, or compromise the extension, our servers, or other users' accounts.
• Use automated means to abuse rate limits, overload infrastructure, or circumvent technical restrictions.
• Upload or transmit malware, unlawful content, or material you do not have the right to handle.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Interfere with other users' access to the Service.

You are responsible for URLs, tabs, and data you choose to save or sync. Ensure you have the rights and permissions needed for that content.

We aim to offer a reliable Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features; perform maintenance; impose or adjust usage limits; and update the extension or website. Where we materially change paid plans or pricing, we will provide reasonable notice when practicable (for example, on our website or by email).

We may offer free and paid tiers. Paid features (for example, Pro or promotional lifetime plans) are described on our Pricing page and in checkout. Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the authorised reseller and merchant of record for your transaction; we do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

• Subscriptions renew according to the terms shown at purchase unless cancelled in time.
• Refunds, withdrawals, and cancellations for paid orders follow Paddle's Refund Policy, the Paddle Buyer Terms and Conditions, and Section 7 below.
• We may change prices with advance notice where required by law or contract.

Refund Policy

Consumer Right to Cancel

If you are a Consumer and unless the below exception applies, you have the right to cancel this Agreement and get refund within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day after completion of the Transaction. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send us your communication concerning your exercise of the cancellation right before the expiration of the 14 day period.

Digital Content Exception

Important: This is a Digital Content product which is immediately made available, by using the product, you consent to immediate performance of this Agreement and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal from this Agreement once the download or applicable transmission of the digital content has begun. We will definitely refund you if you cancel within 14 days, with no questions asked.

Subscription Cancellations

For subscription services, if you wish to cancel your subscription, please contact us at contact@summarytube.com at least 48 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your cancellation will take effect at the next payment date. There are no refunds on unused subscription periods.

General Refund Policy

You have the right to cancel your agreement. We will definitely refund you if you cancel within 14 days. For any refund requests or questions, please contact us at contact@summarytube.com and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

Paddle acts as the authorised reseller for purchases of software and other digital products from software developers ("Suppliers"). SummaryTube is the Supplier of Super Session Manager for this purpose. Your refund, withdrawal, cancellation, and billing rights are those in Paddle's Refund Policy and the Paddle Buyer Terms and Conditions (each as updated from time to time). The Refund Policy forms part of the Buyer Terms and is subject to their terms and definitions; if there is any inconsistency, the Paddle Buyer Terms and Conditions apply. If local consumer protection laws or these Terms give you additional or non-waivable rights, the highest level of protection applies. Nothing in this Section limits your mandatory consumer rights.

The Service integrates with your browser and third-party sites. We do not control third-party websites, APIs, or extensions you use alongside ours. Session data may include links to external content; you are responsible for reviewing those destinations and complying with their terms.

Except where prohibited by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, except as expressly stated in these Terms.

The Service, including branding, software, documentation, and website design, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the extension and website for personal or internal business use in line with these Terms—not to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works except as allowed by law.

You retain rights in content you provide (for example, session names or URLs you save). You grant us a license to host, process, and display that content as needed to operate the Service (including cloud sync where enabled).

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information. It is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you acknowledge those practices.

You may stop using the Service and, where available, delete your account or uninstall the extension at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, engage in fraud or illegal activity, abuse the Service or other users, fail to pay fees when due, or where we are required to do so by law or security needs.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. We may delete or retain data as described in our Privacy Policy and as required by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service, loss of saved sessions due to device failure or user error, or third-party actions.

Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) zero if you only used free features. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.

You agree to defend and indemnify us and our affiliates, officers, and agents against claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, excluding conflict-of-law rules that would apply another jurisdiction's laws. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence remain unaffected where they apply to you.

We encourage you to contact us first to resolve disputes informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved that way, you and we agree that courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory arbitration or venue rules that apply to consumers in your region.

Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any order or checkout terms presented at purchase, constitute the entire agreement regarding the Service.

Changes. We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Material changes may be highlighted or notified by email or in-app notice where appropriate. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance unless applicable law requires a different process.

Severability & waiver. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
