Super Session Manager is a product operated by SummaryTube.

Super Session Manager helps you save browser tab sessions. By default, sessions are stored locally in your browser. If you sign in and use Cloud Sync, named sessions you sync are stored on our servers under your account so you can access them across devices and on sessionmanager.net.

What we process

Account (website / extension): When you sign in, we use Supabase Auth. We receive account identifiers and email associated with your login so we can authenticate you and enforce your plan.
Local sessions: Session names and tab URLs you save are stored in chrome.storage.local in your browser unless you remove them.
Cloud sessions: If you are signed in and Cloud Sync is enabled in the extension, named sessions you sync are stored in our database (session names and tab URLs/titles) tied to your user id. Rolling auto-snapshots from the Auto tab remain on your device only and are not uploaded as part of this sync.
Membership and billing: If you purchase a paid plan, our payment provider (e.g. Paddle) processes payment details; we do not store your full card number on our servers.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use third-party advertising SDKs inside the extension.

Opting out of cloud storage

You can turn off Cloud Sync in the Chrome extension's settings at any time. When Cloud Sync is off, new session data is not uploaded from the extension (existing cloud copies may remain until you delete them from your account or contact us). You can also sign out of the website and remove sessions from the My Sessions page when logged in.

Service providers

We use Supabase (hosted database and authentication) to provide accounts and cloud session storage. Data is handled according to their infrastructure and our configuration (including row-level security for your sessions). Our marketing site may use essential cookies for sign-in sessions when you use your account on sessionmanager.net.

Retention and your choices

Local data remains until you delete it in the extension or uninstall the extension. Cloud session rows remain until you delete them while signed in, your account is deleted, or we remove data as described in our Terms. You may request account or data deletion by contacting us below.
