Privacy Policy

Super Session Manager ist ein Produkt von SummaryTube.

Super Session Manager is a Chrome extension that saves your current window's tabs as named sessions and restores them later. Session data is stored locally in your browser; if you sign in and enable Cloud Sync, named sessions you choose to sync are stored on our servers so you can access them across devices and on sessionmanager.net. Rolling auto-saved snapshots (Auto tab) stay on your device only.

What we process

  • Account: If you sign in (Supabase Auth), we process your account id and email to authenticate you and apply your plan.
  • Local sessions: Names and tab URLs are stored in chrome.storage.local on your device.
  • Cloud sessions: When Cloud Sync is on and you sync, named sessions are stored in our database (names and tab URLs/titles) linked to your account.
  • Share Session Pages: When you publish from the extension Tools tab, tab URLs and titles you choose are stored on our servers and shown at sessionmanager.net/share/… until you delete the page. Optional Pro fields (description, password hash, branding) are stored with the page.
  • Payments: Paid plans are processed by our payment provider; we do not store your full card number on our servers.

Opting out of cloud storage

Turn off Cloud Sync in the extension's settings at any time. When it is off, the extension will not upload new sessions from that browser. Existing cloud copies may remain until you delete them while signed in on the website or ask us to remove them.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell your personal information.
  • We do not run third-party advertising SDKs inside the extension.
  • We do not use invasive cross-site tracking for ads.

Read URLs when you save a session; open tabs when you restore.

Store sessions and settings locally; session tokens for optional sync.

Restore sessions into browser windows.

alarms

Schedule automatic snapshots when that feature is enabled.

Export / import

Export produces a JSON file you download and control. Import merges into local storage.

Service providers

We use Supabase for authentication and cloud session storage. The sessionmanager.net site may set essential cookies when you use your account.

Children's privacy

Super Session Manager does not target children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy and will revise the effective date above.

Retention and your choices

Local data remains until you delete it in the extension or uninstall the extension. Cloud session rows remain until you delete them while signed in, your account is deleted, or we remove data as described in our Terms. You may request account or data deletion by contacting us below.

Ihre Tabs gehören Ihnen. Standardmäßig speichert Super Session Manager Sitzungen lokal in Ihrem Browser und lädt sie nicht hoch, solange Sie die Cloud-Synchronisierung nicht ausdrücklich aktivieren.

  • Gespeicherte Sitzungen liegen ausschließlich in chrome.storage.local auf Ihrem Gerät — es sei denn, Sie entscheiden sich für die Synchronisierung, um sicher über mehrere Browser und Geräte auf Ihre Sitzungen zuzugreifen.
  • Wir verkaufen Ihre Daten nicht, wir schalten keine Werbung in der Erweiterung und wir nutzen kein aufdringliches seitenübergreifendes Tracking.
  • Keine Anmeldung nötig — melden Sie sich nur für die optionale Cloud-Synchronisierung und einige Erweiterungsfunktionen an.
